Solution Release notes for Zenith v5.00 build 05

In this release, we have made a significant effort in reducing memory referencing errors by using local references wherever possible. All major deployment functions were re-invented and more detail added to the ZENith log for troubleshooting purpose.

1. branch duplication causing access violation
2. fix policies copying error when field value is empty
3. site list exchanged ACL module
4. default ACL for object created
