Solution Release notes for Zenith v5.00 build 01

This version is rebranded to Tall Tower Software with a couple of bug fixes.

Improvements
- Improved mega logging on decommission application module
- Precautionary steps to ensure no memory leaks and potential exception error

Bug Fixes
1. Relative application dependencies bug fixed for settings in Availability| Distribution Rules|Application
2. Policies not correctly associated when duplicate object exists and â€˜add and recreateâ€™ duplicate option is "on" bug fixed.
3. Recursive ACL update when chaining application appears more than once in the chain bug fixed.
4. If MSI relative path does not exist when relative path option is enabled, display an error and skip this object.
